My Approach
It’s an honor to hear your story, sit with the experiences that shaped you, and get to know the unseen parts of you. I value creating a therapeutic space that is formed through collaboration, stewardship, and authenticity. If you’re looking for a warm, down-to-earth therapist who balances emotional validation with empowering accountability and the recognition of sociopolitical systems that impact you, we may be a good fit.
I work with a wide range of concerns and life experiences but I’m especially drawn to helping people better understand themselves and use that insight to make embodied change within their lives. Whether you’re navigating grief, depression, CPTSD, neurodivergence, relationship struggles, ADHD, anxiety, substance use, or life transitions, our work together can uncover what’s happening beneath the surface to move you forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
My work is informed by Liberation Psychology and an anti-oppressive approach. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster increased insight, develop practical tools for daily life, and invite meaningful change.
Together, we can peek behind the curtain to discover and befriend the parts of you that overthink, shut down, people-please, or try to hold it all together.
